Thời gian sử dụng của bên cho thuê

Thời gian sử dụng của bên cho thuê có thể liên tục hoặc không liên tục trong năm. Nếu bên cho thuê không sử dụng hết thời gian sử dụng của bên cho thuê trong 1 năm thì số ngày còn lại của thời gian sử dụng của bên cho thuê sẽ tự động bị hủy và không được cộng dồn sang năm tiếp theo
