Các thanh toán trọn gói. Chủ đầu tư phải thanh toán cho Tư vấn trong vòng mười (10) ngày kể từ ngày chủ đầu tư nhận hóa đơn đối với thanh toán trọn gói có liên quan. Việc thanh toán có thể được giữ lại nếu chủ đầu tư không chấp thuận hóa đơn không đạt yêu cầu, trong trường hợp này, chủ đầu tư sẽ đóng góp ý kiến cho Tư vấn trong cùng một khoảng thời gian mười (10) ngày.
