MCD is a classic example for this case, the senior managers will create a plan for employees and it is often called IPP (Individual Performance Plan). IPP will be announced when the employees discuss the work with their management. In the IPP, the employee should set out the goal, the plan, stating the ability to complete and finish time. Employees of the MCD should create their own IPP and IPP's content need to be associated with the business strategy of the unit to which they are affiliated. IPP will help staff identify the target need not complete and necessary. After all members have finished their IPP provided, managers have a duty to examine, review and complete additional IPP of each employee to help them be able to determine the right direction to solve the work in the future. After the IPP of the individual are complete, the duties of home managers need to do is follow, support, training, provide the necessary information for the staff of the MCD.
