CHỨC NĂNG:
- là phòng tham mưu tổng hợp giúp lãnh đạo công ty trong công tác lập kế hoạch, đôn đốc thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh của toàn công ty.
- đề xuất các phương án kinh doanh và theo dõi quản lý các trang thiết bị, hệ thống điện và phương tiện có trong toàn công ty.
NHIỆM VỤ:
- Lập kế hoạch và kiểm tra thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh theo từng kỳ kế hoạch (dài hạn, trung hạn, ngắn hạn). Giữa kỳ và cuối kỳ có báo cáo hồ sơ, tổng kết đánh giá mức độ hoàn thành của kế hoạch và đề xuất các biện pháp thực hiện
- Chủ động phối hợp giữa các phòng ban để xây dựng hoàn thiện các chỉ tiêu về kinh tế, kỹ thuật áp dụng cho các mô hình kinh doanh công ty hiện có
- Tham mưu cho lãnh đạo công ty ký kết các hợp đồng kinh tế với các tổ chức hoặc cá nhân có nhu cầu. Kiểm tra giám sát và quyết toán các hợp đồng đã ký phù hợp với pháp lệnh kinh tế Nhà nước ban hành
