1. Quyền hạn của Thành viên chuyên trách 8.1. Trường hợp Tư vấn gồm liên danh từ hai đơn vị trở lên, các Thành viên tham gia vào Hợp đồng này ủy quyền cho đơn vị được qui định tại SC thay mặt các Thành viên này thực hiện tất cả các quyền và nghĩa vụ của Tư vấn đối với Chủ đầu tư theo Hợp đồng này, bao gồm và không chỉ giới hạn ở việc nhận các chỉ dẫn và thanh toán từ Chủ đầu tư.
