Kết quả điều tra thống kê phụ lục 3.5 cho thấy đại đa số 71.67% (=Normal+good) cho rằng việc xây dựng văn hóa doanh nghiệp tại công ty đang đi đúng hướng và có chiều hướng tích cực. Một bộ phận nhỏ 16.67% không đồng ý với quan điểm trên chiếm không đáng kể.
Nhìn chung việc xây dựng văn hóa doanh nghiệp của Công ty là việc làm có mục tiêu rõ ràng nằm trong chủ trương thực hiện để đầu tư phát triển lâu dài. Đây là điều kiện thuận lợi để nhân viên công ty có thể thực hiện tốt công việc của mình, phát triển năng lực và có điều kiện thăng tiến. Kết quả cũng cho thấy các chương trình đào tạo mà công ty đã thực hiện mang lại hiệu quả cao và cần tiếp tục duy trì, phát triển hình thức đào tạo tập huấn này.
Đánh giá chung về tổng thể, người lao động được tham gia các chương trình đào tạo đa dạng, nhiều thành phần, mặc dù vậy, nhu cầu cần được đào tạo cũng vẫn cao và quan trọng hơn là hiệu quả của các chương trình đào tạo cần được tiếp tục duy trì và nâng cao hơn nữa để phát triển văn hóa doanh nghiệp công ty ngày càng vững mạnh.

Overall assessment Overall, employees are involved Sale of various training programs, many components, however, need to be trained well remain high and more importantly, the effectiveness of the training program should be continued and further improve to develop the company's corporate culture stronger.
