Trong 3 năm 2011-2013,tình hình huy động vốn từ tiền gửi tiết kiệm liên tục tăng và chiếm tỷ trọng cao nhất trong tổng nguồn vốn huy động,năm 2012 tăng 62.5% so với 2011, năm 2013 tăng 11% so với 2012.
Nhìn chung loại huy động bằng nguồn đi vay chiếm tỷ trọng rất ít trong tổng nguồn vốn huy động. Năm 2011 vay 305 tỷ đồng, nhưng năm 2012 giảm còn 295 tỷ đồng, tức là giảm 3% so với cùng kì năm trước. Năm 2013 giảm còn 285 tỷ đồng, giảm 10 tỷ, tức 3% so với năm 2012.
Qua bảng số liệu 2.2.3 trên ta thấy, những năm trở lại đây nguồn vốn của ngân hàng liên tục tăng trưởng. Năm 2013, vốn huy động của ngân hàng lên tới 2.629 tỷ đồng tăng 9.3% so với năm 2012. Huy động vốn của ngân hàng cũng đạt tốc độ tăng trưởng mạnh qua các năm: từ năm 2012 tăng 802 triệu so với năm 2011, tức tăng 50%, năm 2013 tăng 223 triệu tức tăng 9.3% so với năm 2012 .
Ta thấy được quy mô huy động vốn của ngân hàng ngày càng lớn, đáp ứng được nhu cầu về vốn ngày càng cấp thiết. Tuy tình hình tài chính của thế giới gặp nhiều khó khăn và ảnh hưởng không nhỏ đến kinh tế của nước ta nhưng Ngân hàng Sacombank chi nhánh Tân Phú, công tác huy động vốn vẫn đạt được mức tăng trưởng đều qua các năm.
