2. Bên A nhận tất cả quà tặng nêu trên và cam kết sử dụng liên tục dịch vụ của bên B trong thời hạn liên tục là : 18 ( mười tám ) tháng liên tục. Nếu vì lý do nào đó bên A tạm ngưng dịch vụ hoặc chấm dứt hợp đồmg trước thời hạn cam kết sử dụng nói trên, thì bên A có trách nhiệm hoàn lại quà tặng mà bên A đã nhận. Quà tặng hoàn trả bằng tiền gồm : Modem ADSL wifi trị giá 600.000đ ( SStart, Shigh), modem ADSl wifi trị giá 1.000.000 đ ( SSpuer, SBusiness, SMedia), phí lắp đặt FTTH: 1.100.000đ.
