Vấn đề thứ hai là việc thay đổi môi trường làm việc. Vì mỗi quốc gia đều có một nền văn hóa và phong cách làm việc khác nhau, nên khi đến Việt Nam làm việc, nhân viên nước ngoài sẽ cảm thấy khó khăn vì thay đổi giờ giấc sinh hoạt; mối quan hệ với đồng nghiệp, cấp trên hay cấu trúc tổ chức của công ty. Bên cạnh đó, sự khác biệt của các thiết bị văn phòng cũng là một vấn đề. Công ty nên hướng dẫn cụ thể và tỉ mỉ việc sử dụng các thiết bị như máy vi tính, máy photocopy…và bố trí một nhân viên cùng phòng ban luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi nhân viên nước ngoài, người cần sự giúp đỡ.

The second problem is the changing work environment. Because each country has a culture and a different work style, so as to come to Vietnam to work, the foreign worker will find it difficult because of the time change my living; relationships with peers, superiors or organizational structure of the company. Besides, the difference of the Office equipment is also a problem. The company should be specific and meticulous guide the use of devices such as computers, copiers ... and an employee in the same Department is always ready to assist when foreign employees, who need the help.

The second issue is the changing work environment. Since each country has a culture and different working styles, so when coming to Vietnam to work, foreign workers will find it difficult because of changing times daily life; relationships with colleagues, superiors or organizational structure of the company. Besides, the difference of the office equipment is also a problem. The company should provide specific guidance and meticulous use of equipment such as computers, photocopiers ... and arrange a same department staff is always ready to support the foreign workers, who need help.
