► Sau ngày 30 tháng 4 năm 1975, nhà máy Cobovina Bạch Tuyết được Nhà nước quốc hữu hóa theo Quyết định số 523/QĐ-UB do Ủy ban Nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh ký ngày 21/04/1978 trực thuộc Liên hiệp Xí nghiệp Dệt Hồng Gấm.

► Năm 1979, nhà máy được đổi tên thành Xí nghiệp Quốc doanh Bông Bạch Tuyết theo Quyết định số 50/QĐ-UB ngày 7/3/1979 của Ủy ban Nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

► Ngày 29/4/1985, Xí nghiệp được nhận Bằng khen của Chủ tịch Hội đồng Bộ Trưởng. Xí nghiệp còn được Chủ tịch nước tặng Huân chương Lao động Hạng Ba ngày 12/7/1988, Huân chương Lao động Hạng Nhì ngày 18/9/1992.

► Năm 1992, Xí nghiệp Quốc doanh Bông Bạch Tuyết đã tiến hành đăng ký doanh nghiệp Nhà nước theo Nghị định số 388 của Hội đồng Bộ trưởng và được đổi tên thành Công ty Bông Bạch Tuyết theo Quyết định số 194/QĐ-UB ngày 9/12/1992 của Ủy ban Nhân dân TP. Hồ Chí Minh.

► Ngày 18/10/1996, Công ty Bông Bạch Tuyết được Nhà nước tặng thưởng Huân chương Lao động Hạng Nhất.

► Năm 1997, Ủy ban Nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh cho phép chuyển thể Công ty Bông Bạch Tuyết thành Công ty cổ phần Bông Bạch Tuyết theo Quyết định số 6630/QĐ-UB-KT ngày 20/11/1997.

► Kể từ ngày 01/11/1997, Công ty cổ phần Bông Bạch Tuyết chính thức đi vào hoạt động với vốn điều lệ ban đầu là 11,4 tỷ đồng (Nhà nước nắm giữ 30% vốn cổ phần).

► Ngày 10/3/2002, Công ty đăng ký tăng vốn điều lệ lên 68,4 tỷ đồng bằng nguồn vốn tích lũy và sau khi cân đối lại các quỹ. Liên tục từ năm 1997-2013, Công ty được người tiêu dùng bình chọn cho danh hiệu Hàng Việt Nam Chất Lượng Cao.
