8. Xử lý trường hợp cấp cứu hôn mê
Một người có thể bị ngất do cảm xúc quá mạnh, chấn thương nặng, mất máu nhiều, thiếu ôxy, bệnh tim hay say nóng, say nắng...
Triệu chứng của ngất: Người bệnh tự nhiên thấy choáng váng, hoa mắt, chóng mặt, ù tai... rồi ngã lăn ra; có khi toát mồ hôi, da nhợt nhạt, chân tay lạnh. Tuần hoàn và hô hấp ngừng hoặc rất yếu, huyết áp hạ, đồng tử giãn.
Khi phát hiện trường hợp người bị hôn mê bất tỉnh (Khách thuê/ Công nhân nhà thầu/ CBNV Tòa nhà…) cần linh hoạt xử lý, phối hợp với các vị trí trực liên quan hoặc thông báo cho BQL ngay lập tức nhằm giúp kịp thời hỗ trợ xử lý.
* Khẩn trương đưa người bị hôn mê vào nơi thoáng khí, nới lỏng quần áo để máu dễ lưu thông, đặt nằm ở vị trí đầu thấp hơn chân;
Sau khi đặt bệnh nhân nằm và nới lỏng quần áo, cần xoa bóp, kích thích lên cơ thể như giật tóc mai, tát vào má, đắp khăn ướt lên mặt, xoa bóp bằng cồn long não…
* Mát xa từ tứ chi theo hướng về trung tâm (về tim), cho người bệnh uống trà nóng;
* Sử dụng muối ngửi để chữa ngất (Gồm Acmoni Cacbonat & Chất thơm), cho bệnh nhân hít muối ngửi;
Khi bệnh nhân đã tỉnh, hỏi thông tin về người bị nạn về tên & nơi làm việc, hoặc là đối tượng Khách thăm của văn phòng Khách thuê… hỗ trợ đưa về văn phòng hoặc gọi phương tiện, hoặc gọi người nhà của Người bị nạn trong/ sau khi đã được nghỉ ngơi.
Ghi nhận Biên bản sự việc để báo cáo BQL & các Phòng Ban liên quan (Lễ tân) theo dõi, quan tâm đến Cư dân.

9. Phối hợp xử lý tình huống cấp cứu bỏng:
Yêu cầu CBNV Tòa nhà phải nắm được cơ bản kiến thức về các dạng tai nạn bỏng như:
* Bỏng tia: do nhiễm phải các tia xạ có bước sóng ngắn như tia Rơnghen, Gamma, Tử ngoại...
* Bỏng nhiệt ướt: do tiếp xúc phải các chất lỏng nóng như nước, dầu ăn, canh, hơi nước...
* Bỏng nhiệt khô: do tiếp xúc trực tiếp phải ngọn lửa trần, các kết cấu kim loại hay kết cấu xây dựng bị nung nóng trong đám cháy, thành và ống xả lò đốt, động cơ...
* Bỏng điện: do nhiệt phát sinh từ hiện phóng điện trong không khí gây ra. Ngoài tác động do nhiệt gây ra, nạn nhân còn có thể bị ngưng tim, phổi; chấn thương đầu, tay chân do điện giật co cơ.
* Bỏng hóa chất: do tiếp xúc phải các hóa chất có độ pH quá nhỏ (axit) hay quá lớn (bazơ); côn trùng có nọc độc...
Các bước phối hợp xử lý:
* Gọi hỗ trợ từ các vị trí xung quanh, cũng như báo cho Hotline BQL Tòa nhà để được trợ giúp.
* Khẩn trương tách nạn nhân ra khỏi nguồn gây bỏng, đưa đến nơi an toàn.
* Khám xét sơ khởi bằng gọi hỏi và quan sát.
* Làm mát bằng nước sạch càng sớm càng tốt; việc này chỉ có tác dụng trong vòng 10 phút đầu tiên kể từ khi bị bỏng. Tháo đồ trang sức ra (nếu có thể) trước khi vết bỏng phồng rộp.
Chú ý:
* Trấn an tinh thần nạn nhân, nếu nạn nhân bất tỉnh hay ngừng thở, ngừng tim thì phải ưu tiên tái hoạt động các cơ quan này ngay lập tức, bằng cách tiến hành các động tác hô hấp nhân tạo cơ bản.

10. Phối hợp xử lý tình huống bị khủng bố, phá hoại, gây mất an ninh trật tự tại Tòa nhà
Bằng nghiệp vụ An ninh, cùng sự phối hợp với Phòng Kỹ thuật, Hotline BQL Tòa nhà… CBNV Phòng An ninh có thể chủ động trong việc xử lý các tình huống khẩn cấp tại Tòa nhà, khi có nguy cơ gây mất an ninh trật tự & ảnh hưởng đến Cư dân hoặc hoạt động vận hành Tòa nhà. Tuy nhiên, với sự phối kết hợp giữa các Phòng Ban, có thể giúp kiểm soát được tình huống một cách nhanh chóng & hiệu quả, tránh tổn thất về người & tài sản của Cư dân & Tòa nhà.
* Ngoài các tình huống gây mất an ninh từ Nhà thầu, Khách thuê... mà CBNV Tòa nhà có thể nhanh chóng xử lý & báo cáo BQL, đối với các trường hợp phát hiện những dấu hiệu nghi vấn có khủng bố, phá hoại cần kịp thời báo cáo ngay cho lưc lượng An ninh qua bộ đàm hoặc số Hotline An ninh:0988 508 614, hoặc Hotline BQL:0966 805 814, hoặc xin ý kiến BQL khi gọi trực tiếp cho lực lượng cảnh sát phản ứng nhanh 113 (Cần thông tin tóm tắt tình hình, địa điểm, hướng dẫn cách tiếp cận khi có yêu cầu..)
* Khi có tình huống khẩn cấp/ khủng bố xảy ra, mọi người nhanh chóng thu dọn rời khỏi hiện trường như tình huống cháy. CBNV Tòa nhà hỗ trợ Khách thuê & Khách thăm, đồng nghiệp… rời khỏi khu vực nguy hiểm.
* Trong trường hợp bị số đông tấn công, bắt cóc làm con tin, cần bình tĩnh chấp hành theo các yêu cầu của đối tượng. Không manh động hoặc tự mình đối mặt với các đối tượng bằng lời nói và hành động. Chú ý lắng nghe và làm theo các yêu cầu hoặc chỉ dẫn của lực lượng giải cứu.
* Hỗ trợ kiểm soát khu vực không để những người hiếu kỳ lại gần
* Giúp các đội ứng cứu tiếp cận vào khu vực có tên tội phạm
* Chú ý các nét nổi bật và đặc điểm của tên tội phạm như chiều cao, tuổi, giới tính, vẻ bề ngoài, màu mắt, giọng nói và vũ khí hắn đang sử dụng

* Có thể tiến hành sơ cứu đối với trường hợp bị thương nhẹ, cầm máu... Không cố gắng dịch chuyển người bị nạn trong trường hợp bị trọng thương, tổn thương xương cho đến khi đội cấp cứu tới.
* Không chạm vào đồ vật trong khu vực xảy ra sự việc
* Sau khi ra khỏi hiện trường, hướng dẫn Khách hàng/ CBNV cần tuân thủ chỉ dẫn của lực lượng chuyên trách ( kiểm tra y tế, khai báo thông tin...)

11. Phối hợp xử lý tình huống thang máy bị tắc có Khách bên trong buồng thang.
Theo cơ chế hoạt động bình thường, khi mất điện, hệ thống cứu hộ tự động (ARD) sẽ tự động hoạt động đưa cabin thang máy về đúng vị trí tầng gần nhất và mở cửa để khách ra ngoài; trong trường hợp vận hành của hệ thống thang máy, với cơ chế tự động, các trường hợp nội suy của hệ thống trong lúc vận hành mà đưa kết quả là không an toàn, thang sẽ tự động dừng lại tương tự. Tuy nhiên, trong một số trường hợp lỗi hệ thống hoặc do người sử dụng, mà thang máy không tự mở cửa hoặc dừng ở sai vị trí cân bằng tầng... thì cần phải tiến hành cứu hộ bằng tay để đưa Khách/ Người sử dụng ra khỏi buồng thang một cách an toàn.
* Sử dụng bộ đàm, phối hợp giữa CB Kỹ thuật, An ninh & Trực Phòng ĐK Trung tâm trong công tác trấn an Người bị kẹt thang, cứu hộ an toàn cho Khách hàng & bản thân CBNV tiến hành công tác cứu hộ, tìm vị trí buồng thang dừng một cách nhanh chóng & chính xác.
* 01 nhân viên KT lên phòng động cơ tắt aptomat (Tắt aptomat nguồn cấp chính và aptomat nguồn ac quy dự phòng). Nhân viên trên phòng thang thông báo đã cắt điện hoàn toàn cho nhóm cứu hộ tại tầng
* CB Kỹ thuật yêu cầu phối hợp hỗ trợ của NV An ninh. Xác định vị trí dừng của cabin.

Trong trường hợp buồng thang không dừng tại vị trí cân bằng tầng:

* Yêu cầu 01 nhân viên bảo vệ lên buồng động cơ hỗ trợ nhân viên kỹ thuật
