Tại Phần I của Bản Tin Pháp Luật kỳ này, chúng tôi giới thiệu bài viết của cô Phạm Trọng Thanh Thủy với tiêu đề “Sử dụng dịch vụ taxi công nghệ - Được và mất”. Trong bài viết này, chúng tôi phân tích một số vấn đề pháp lý liên quan đến những lợi ích kinh tế của loại hình dịch vụ taxi công nghệ bên cạnh những vấn đề khó kiểm soát của mô hình này mà các doanh nghiệp kinh doanh dịch vụ công nghệ ngày nay đang rất quan tâm. Qua đó, bài viết đã đưa ra những thông hữu ích cho các doanh nghiệp hoạt động kinh doanh tại Việt Nam đang dần khẳng định năng lực cạnh tranh nhằm đáp ứng hiệu quả các dịch vụ ứng dụng công nghệ mới cho người sử dụng.

In part I of this Law Newsletter, we introduced her article Pham Trong Thanh Thuy with title "using the taxi service technology-Be and take". In this article, we analyze some of the legal issues related to the economic interests of this type of taxi service technology besides the problem of control of this model that the business enterprise technology services today are very interested. Through it, the article has taken the information useful for enterprises doing business in Vietnam is gradually assert their competitiveness in order to meet effectively the new technology application services for users.

In Part I of this Legal Newsletter period, we introduced her article Thanh Thuy Pham Trong titled "Using technology taxi service - Gains and losses". In this article, we analyze some legal issues related to the economic benefits of this kind of taxi service technologies alongside uncontrollable problem of this model that the enterprise business services technology services today are very interested. Thereby, the article gave the useful information to businesses operating in Vietnam has gradually asserted their competitiveness in order to meet the service efficiency of new technology applications to users.
