Năm nay nhiều đơn vị đã có sự đầu tư chu đáo hơn cả về biên đạo và cách thức thể hiện, hứa hẹn sẽ mang lại nhiều tiết mục hay và có ấn tượng cho khán giả. Nên công tác chuẩn bị được các công đoàn cơ sở trên toàn huyện quan tâm và chú trọng hơn. Được sự quan tâm chỉ đạo của các cấp, cùng sự nhiệt tình tham gia của cán bộ, công nhân viên chức trong toàn huyện. Đến thời điểm này, mọi công tác chuẩn bị cho Liên hoan tiếng hát Công nhân viên chức lao động ở Văn Chấn đã cơ bản hoàn tất. Tất cả đã sẵn sàng cho đêm khai mạc diễn ra vào ngày 21/9.
