Trong trường hợp chương trình có những thay đổi bắt buộc về thời gian, hai bên sẽ tự thỏa thuận để cùng giải quyết.
Hai bên cam kết thực hiện nghiêm chỉnh và đầy đủ các điều khoản đã ghi trong hợp đồng. Bên nào vi phạm hợp đồng, sẽ hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường tất cả các khoản tổn thất gây ra cho bên kia. Không bên nào được đơn phương hủy bỏ hợp đồng, nếu có khó khăn và trở ngại, haí bên cùng bàn bạc giải quyết.
Các tranh chấp có liên quan hoặc phát sinh từ việc thực hiện hỢp đồng, trước hết phải được giảỉ quyết thông qua thương lượng. Trường hợp thương lượng không thành, tranh chấp đó sẽ được đưa ra Tòa Án Kinh Tế để giải quyết. Quyết định của Tòa Án Kỉnh Tế là quyết định cuối cùng buộc hai bên có trách nhiệm phải thi hành.
Trong trường hợp bên B không thực hiện đầy đủ các khoản mục trên thì bên B chỉ nhận được 50% chi phí của hợp đồng.
Hợp đồng này được lập thành 02 bản tiếng Việt có giá trị pháp lý như nhau, mỗi bên giữ 01 bản.
