Sau 4 tuần thực tập tại công ty TNHH Hi-lex Việt Nam nói chung và tại Phòng kinh doanh nói riêng, với môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp và sự hướng dẫn tận tình của mọi người trong công ty, bản thân tôi đã có cơ hội được thực hành các kiến thức đã học ở trường và tiếp cận với nhiều mảng công việc hết sức hữu ích cho công việc sau này. Tôi được giao cho các công việc văn phòng cũng như các công việc liên quan đến chuyên ngành biên phiên dịch của mình. Hơn nữa, may mắn tôi còn được tham gia vào chuyến công tác gặp gỡ các đối tác nước ngoài của công ty, từ chuyến đi này bản thân tôi cũng có nhiều trải nghiệm và học hỏi được nhiều điều. Cùng với sự giúp đỡ của cô giáo hướng dẫn thực tập thông qua sự đóng góp ý kiến về bản báo cáo hàng tuần, tôi có thể biết được mình đã đạt được những gì và còn thiếu sót những gì. Từ đó, tôi nhận thức được và bổ sung những kỹ năng còn thiếu đó, góp phần hoàn thiện bản thân mình.
Làm việc tại công ty TNHH Hi-lex Việt Nam, dưới một môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp và nghiêm túc, giúp tôi hình thành những tác phong, giao tiếp nơi công sở cũng như rèn luyện bản thân tuân theo những quy định riêng.
Khi được giao các công việc văn phòng, bản thân tôi đã cố gắng thực hiện tốt và tích cực học hỏi các anh chị trong công ty, nhờ anh chị chỉ dẫn những điều mình còn thắc mắc hay chưa rõ. Nhờ đó, tôi có thể tránh gặp phải những khó khăn trong các công việc văn phòng.
Tôi được giao biên dịch từ Việt sang Anh và ngược lại một số tài liệu của công ty cũng như bài dịch về các hợp đồng, giấy mời, báo cáo hàng quý... Để làm được những công việc đó tôi đã vận dụng những kiến thức đã học trong 3 năm học vừa qua như kỹ năng biên dịch, phân tích diễn ngôn, ngữ nghĩa….Nhờ đó kỹ năng biên dịch của tôi được nâng cao và tôi cũng mở rộng thêm vốn từ vựng của mình hơn. Hơn nữa, tôi còn có cơ hội cọ sát thực tế giao lưu vs người nước ngoài chủ yếu bằng tiếng anh trong 1 chuyến đi tham dự cuộc triển lãm ô tô cùng công ty, giúp tôi được mở mang kiến thức và học hỏi nhiều bài học thiết thực,đặc biệt là có cơ hội được trao dồi vốn tiếng anh cũng như kỹ năng giao tiếp của mình.

2. Bài học kinh nghiệm:
Sau 1 tháng thực tập tại công ty TNHH Hi-lex việt nam, bản thân tôi đã học hỏi được rất nhiều điều từ các anh chị nhân viên trong phòng và tích lũy được những bài học vô cũng quý giá và hẳn sẽ rất hữu ích cho công việc biên phiên dịch của tôi sau này. Các bài học cụ thể như sau:
Thứ nhất, đối với công việc biên phiên dịch tài liệu, bản thân tôi rút ra được một số kinh nghiệm rất hữu ích. Khi dịch một văn bản nào đó phải thật sự tập trung và không được phân tâm vào những công việc khác. Trước khi dịch cần tìm hiểu về tài liệu dịch, xem nó thuộc lĩnh vực nào để có những chuẩn bị trước như tìm từ điển, từ vựng chuyên ngành để giúp dịch nhanh và chuẩn xác hơn. Khi dịch cần chú ý phân tích cấu trúc câu để dịch sao mà người đọc dễ hiểu hoặc không hiểu lầm nội dung của văn bản gốc. Khi gặp phải khó khăn trong quá trình biên dịch,không nên lúng túng hay dịch cẩu thả mà nên hỏi ý kiến của những người có kinh nghiệm, từ đó sẽ có những bản dịch đúng và đạt yêu cầu. Hơn nữa để dễ dàng hơn trong khi biên dịch, bản thân cũng không ngừng học hỏi và trao dồi vốn từ vựng về nhiều lĩnh vực chuyên ngành khác nhau, tích lũy vốn kiến thức cơ bản để dịch tốt hơn và chuẩn xác hơn. Khi dịch thì phải hiểu rõ ngữ cảnh của văn bản, dịch thoáng và đúng theo ngôn ngữ Tiếng Việt hay Tiếng Anh, không nên bám sát, dịch từng từ gây khó hiểu và thiếu mạch lạc. Hơn nữa, sau khi dịch phải kiểm tra lại nhiều lần để có những chỉnh sửa phù hợp giúp cho văn bản dịch đạt yêu cầu.
Thứ 2, ngoài công việc chính là biên phiên dịch, tôi còn được thực hành một số công việc văn phòng nên bản thân cũng có một số kinh nghiệm như: cách sắp xếp và quản lý hồ sơ, luyện tập sử dụng các phần mềm văn phòng, một số công tác chuẩn bị hồ sơ, tài liệu cho các chuyến công tác hay kiểm tra...
Hơn nữa,trong môi trường giao tiếp với các nhân viên trong tổ chức, bản thân tôi nhận thấy sự vui vẻ, niềm nở, nhanh nhẹn và nhiệt tình là điều hết sức quan trọng, giúp tạo bầu khí hòa nhã, thân mật giữa mọi người, tạo điều kiện cho công việc được tiến hành tốt hơn và dễ dàng hơn. Đặc biệt, qua 2 chuyến công tác gặp gỡ với đối tác làm ăn của công ty và tham dự cuộc triển lãm ô tô, tôi đã có cơ hội được tiếp cận với thực tế công việc, được tiếp xúc với nhiều người có kinh nghiệm . Từ đó, bản thân tôi mạnh dạn hơn, tự tin hơn và có nhiều kinh nghiệm trong việc làm thế nào để chuẩn bị tốt nhất cho bản thân trước những chuyến đi công tác.
Kết luận,sau đợt thực tập này tôi thây mình trưởng thành hơn, đúc kết đc nhiều kinh nghiệm quý báu. Nó giúp tôi có cái nhìn tổng quát hơn về công việc mình sẽ làm trong tương lai. đợt thực tập nghiệp vụ thật là hữu ích cho bất cứ học sinh nào,còn đối với tôi, tôi đã học được nhiều điều từ nó và khám phá thêm được nhiều điều mới mẻ mà trước đây tôi chưa từng biết đến.

To do the work that I have to apply the knowledge learned in the past 3 years as editor, a skills language performance analysis , semantics ..... thanks that my translation skills are improving and I also expanded his vocabulary. In particular, the last 2 trips to meet with business partners of the company and the auto exhibits, I've had the opportunity to approach the reality of work, are in contact with more experienced people. Since then, I myself more boldly, more confident and have more experience in how to prepare the best for ourselves before the trip. Concluded after this internship, I uncovered myself mature, casting the đc many valuable experience. After 4 weeks of practice at Hi-lex limited company in Vietnam in general and business in particular rooms, with a professional working environment and a dedicated guidance of everyone in the company, I myself have had the opportunity to practice the knowledge they have learned in school and access to a wide array of very useful work for future work.
