9.4.3 Hết thời hạn 15 (mười lăm) ngày kể từ ngày dự kiến bàn giao Căn hộ do Bên Bán đề xuất hoặc do các bên đã nhất trí chọn mà Bên Mua không có mặt hoặc vì bất kỳ lý do nào khác không thực hiện việc nhận bàn giao Căn hộ thì hai bên sẽ thống nhất là ký biên bản bàn giao Căn hộ và việc bàn giao Căn hộ được coi đã tiến hành; trong trường hợp này, ngày bàn giao Căn hộ sẽ được coi là ngày mà Bên Bán đã thông báo cho Bên Mua hoặc theo ngày mà các bên đã nhất trí chọn, đồng thời Bên Mua phải chịu trách nhiệm với tất cả các thiết bị hư hỏng, mất mát hoặc xuống cấp (nếu có) do việc chậm trễ nhận Căn hộ.
