Trong thời hạn Hợp đồng, CHủ đầu tư toàn quyền quyết định việc chuyển nhượng, chuyển giao, ủy quyền quản lý tòa nhà, dự án cho bất kỳ công ty liên kết hoặc bên thứ 3 này theo bất cứ hình thức nào mà không cần sự đồng ý của bên cho thuê. Trong trường hợp này, chủ đầu tư sẽ đảm bảo rằng người sở hữu mới sẽ kế thừa toàn bộ các quyền và nghĩa vụ của chủ đầu tư theo hợp đồng này. Việc thay thế này sẽ không phát sinh bất cứ nghĩa vụ bồi thường lợi ích nào giữa chủ đầu tư và bên cho thuê.

Results (English) 1:

During the contract term, the investor decide the assignment, transfer, building management, authorized the project for any affiliated companies or third parties in any form whatsoever without the consent of the lessor. In this case, the investor will ensure that the new owner will inherit all of the rights and obligations of the client under this agreement. The replacement will not arise any obligation of compensation benefits between owner and lessor.

Within the contract, the investors discretion to assign, transfer, authorized building management, project for any company or 3rd party link this in any form without the consent of the lessor.
