Liên quan đến liên kết chốt pin lỏng lẻo khi lắp vào cốp pha nhôm mặt ván tại dự án BTN, nhằm để tránh lặp lại cho dự án SAV, tôi xin đề xuất 2 giải pháp song song như sau:
- Nhóm thiết kế xuất bản vẽ gia công tấm cốp pha có vị trí thanh gia cường phải cách lỗ pin là 70mm (do bước lỗ pin là 150mm), và
- P.Vật tư cung ứng loại chốt pin L=60mm, B=15mm kèm chốt lá dài 100mm có gân nổi dọc. Theo bản vẽ đính kèm, đây là loại chốt hỗn hợp sử dụng cho 3 tình huống lắp cốp pha khác nhau (B16/B20/B24mm).

Note: Chốt pin chốt lá theo bản vẽ cho dự án BTN, số lượng 70.000 bộ, Phiếu yêu cầu ngày 10/10/2016 được duyệt và chuyển P.Vật tư.
