Overview of the data of the FNAIM (French Real-Estate Federation), in the 1st quarter of 2011, there is a significant change in the average price of housing in France: in Paris, the price of up to 7.500 – 8.000 per 1 square meter, followed by the commune in the Provence and Riviera price of about 4000/m2, the largest city of the province from 2.500-3.000; and the rest of France under 2000/m2. The location is obviously a key factor in France. People can easily find a place to live in the city or commune than in Paris. Due to geographic differences and appeal of each location, so the layout is important is housing available with price regulation for low income households in areas with expensive real estate market.
