- Theo dõi và kiểm tra lịch trình của tất cả các xe (có hoặc không có lệnh điều động).
- Kiểm tra tính chính xác của lịch điều động xe của từng xe để ký xác nhận vào lịch trình đó và vào đề nghị thanh toán.
- Xem xét và xác nhận kế hoạch bảo dưỡng và sửa chữa ô tô.

- Handing over the car for the driver are assigned to delivery records of vehicles in the form BM / QD-HC-02-04.
- Monitor and check the schedule of all cars (with or without mobilization orders).
- Check the accuracy of the history of each vehicle to maneuver the car to sign get on that schedule and on payment requests.
- To consider and confirm the plan maintenance and repair of automobiles.
