6.1. Bên Thuê phải thanh toán tiền thuê nhà đúng như quy định tại Điều 3 của Hợp đồng này. Sau thời hạn nêu trên, nếu Bên Thuê không tiến hành thanh toán tiền thuê nhà cho Bên Cho thuê thì Bên Thuê sẽ chịu phạt 5% trên tổng số tiền thanh toán chậm và các chế tài khác theo quy định của Hợp đồng này.
