Thị trường bất động sản đang đánh dấu những bước chuyển mình rõ rệt khi lấy lại được đà tăng trưởng nhanh sau một giai đoạn chìm trong khủng hoảng (giai đoạn năm 2012-2014). Hàng loạt dự án BĐS cũ và mới được các chủ đầu tư liên tiếp đưa ra thị trường. Theo báo cáo của Cục Quản lý nhà và thị trường bất động sản (Bộ Xây dựng) thì tồn kho bất động sản tính đến cuối tháng 4-2016 chỉ còn khoảng 41.500 tỉ đồng, giảm 44% so với cuối năm 2014 và giảm đến 67% so với đầu năm 2013.

According to the report of the Bureau of management and the real estate market (Ministry of construction), the real estate inventories as of the end of April-2016 only some 41,500, down 44% billion compared to the end of 2014 and rising to 67% in comparison with the beginning of 2013.

Real estate markets are marking a clear shift to regain its growth momentum rapidly after a stage engulfed in crisis (period 2012-2014). A series of old and new real estate projects are consecutive investors to the market. As reported by the Department of Administration and the real estate market (MOC), the real estate inventory by the end of the month 4-2016 to about 41,500 billion, down 44% compared to the end of 2014 and decreased to 67% compared to early 2013.
