Hợp đồng này sẽ có hiệu lực sau khi hai bên ký kết, vào ngày nhận được phê chuẩn cần thiết cuối cùng từ các nhà chức trách có thẩm quyền ở nước người bán và người mua. Nếu hợp đồng không có hiệu lực trong vòng 90 ngày kể từ ngày ký kết, nó sẽ trở nên vô hiệu.

This agreement will take effect after the two sides signed, on receiving the necessary approval from the competent authorities in the country the seller and the buyer. If the contract does not take effect within 90 days of the signing, it will become disabled.

The contract will take effect after the signing, on receiving the final approval required from the competent authorities in the country the seller and buyer. If the contract does not take effect within 90 days of the signing, it will become invalid.
