1. Trang bị đầy đủ các phương tiện

1. Trang bị đầy đủ các phương tiện bảo hộ lao động, bảo đảm an toàn lao động - vệ sinh lao động và cải thiện điều kiện lao động cho người lao động.
2. Đối với các loại thiết bị vật tư có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn lao động phải được khai báo, kiểm định, đăng ký và xin phép với cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền.
3. Thường xuyên tăng cường kiểm tra, tu sửa máy móc thiết bị, nhà làm việc, kho tàng theo tiêu chuẩn về an toàn lao động - vệ sinh lao động. Trong trường hợp phát hiện nơi làm việc, máy móc thiết bị, kho tàng có nguy cơ gây tai nạn lao động, bệnh nghề nghiệp thì Công ty phải thực hiện ngay các biện pháp khắc phục hoặc phải ra lệnh ngừng hoạt động tại nơi làm việc cho tới khi nguy cơ được khắc phục.
4. Tại nơi làm việc phải niêm yết Nội quy an toàn lao động, quy chuẩn vận hành máy móc thiết bị, các hướng dẫn giải quyết các sự cố, tiêu lệnh phòng cháy chữa cháy. Đối với người lao động vận hành các thiết bị có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt khi làm việc phải ghi chép đầy đủ nhật ký trước và sau khi làm việc.
5. Định kỳ, phải tổ chức huấn luyện tuyên truyền về an toàn – vệ sinh lao động cho tất cả người lao động. Nếu người lao động nào chưa được huấn luyện về an toàn lao động – vệ sinh lao động thì không bố trí làm việc.
6. Hàng năm, tổ chức khám sức khỏe cho người lao động như sau:
a. Khám sức khỏe định kỳ : 01 lần/ năm.
b. Đối với người lao động làm việc trong môi trường năng nhọc, độc hại, nguy hiểm: được khám sức khỏe theo dõi bệnh nghề nghiệp ít nhất 6 tháng/ lần
