Trong vòng 10 (mười) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày ký Thoả Thuận, Bên Mua sẽ đề cử 01 (một) người để ứng cử vào vị trí thành viên hội đồng quản trị của Công Ty. Các Bên Bán, bằng quyền cổ đông và thông qua các thành viên trong hội đồng quản trị Công Ty của mình, sẽ tiến hành tổ chức đại hội đồng cổ đông để bầu người do Bên Mua đề cử vào vị trí thành viên hội đồng quản trị (sau đây gọi là “Thành Viên HĐQT của Bên Mua”).

Results (English) 1:

Results (English) 2:
