Người lao động làm mất dụng cụ, thiết bị và tài sản do Techcombank giao cho sử dụng thì phải bồi thường một phần hoặc toàn bộ thiệt hại đã gây ra theo giá trị thị trường.
Nếu vi phạm các quy định, quy chế, quy trình nhiệm vụ, tiết lộ bí mật, công nghệ kinh doanh của Techcombank thì tùy theo mức độ để xử lý. Trong trường hợp gây thiệt hại nghiêm trọng về tài sản và lợi ích của Techcombank thì phải bồi thường một phần hoặc toàn bộ thiệt hại về vật chất đã gây ra đối với Techcombank và Techcombank có quyền chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động trước thời hạn.
Khi người lao động đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động thì phải bồi thường các chi phí đào tạo nếu có.

Nếu kết quả làm việc của người lao động trong thời gian thử thách/tập sự đạt yêu cầu và được ngân hàng chấp thuận. Hợp đồng lao động này tiếp tục với thời hạn như đã ký. Nếu kết quả làm việc của người lao động trong thời gian thử thách/tập sự không đạt yêu cầu hoặc không được ngân hàng chấp thuận, hai bên thống nhất thỏa thuận chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động này kể từ ngày kết thúc thời gian thử thách/tập sự ghi trong hợp đồng lao động với thời gian báo trước 03 ngày
