Ở Việt Nam, vẫn còn rất nhiều doanh nghiệp tư nhân rất lớn chưa nghĩ đến việc "đại chúng hóa" và dưới đây là một số công ty nổi bật

Tập đoàn Vạn Thịnh Phát

Vạn Thịnh Phát là một trong những doanh nghiệp tư nhân lớn nhất và kín tiếng nhất Việt Nam do bà Trương Mỹ Lan thành lập năm 1992. Từ khá lâu rồi vốn điều lệ của công ty đã lên đến 12.800 tỷ đồng.

Vạn Thịnh Phát và các công ty thành viên sở hữu nhiều bất động sản có giá trị ở thành phố Hồ Chí Minh như Khách sạn thương mại An Đông - Windsor Plaza, tòa nhà Time Squares, khu căn hộ Sherwood Residence... Vạn Thịnh Phát được cho là một cổ đông lớn của Ngân hàng Sài Gòn (SCB) và có thể có liên quan đến VIPD Group, tập đoàn vừa bỏ ra gần 10.000 tỷ đồng để mua lại trung tâm thương mại Vincom Center A.

Tiền thân của THP là nhà máy bia Bến Thành được thành lập từ năm 1994. THP hiện là doanh nghiệp nội địa lớn nhất trong lĩnh vực nước giải khát không cồn với những thương hiệu chủ lực như Trà Không Độ, trà Dr.Thanh, Number One…

Doanh thu năm 2011 của THP ước khoảng 6.000 tỷ đồng, không thua kém nhiều so với ông lớn Pepsi Việt Nam.

So với các ông lớn khác ngành thực phẩm đồ uống, vốn điều lệ của THP khá nhỏ, chỉ ở mức 276 tỷ đồng, do vợ và các con của ông Trần Quí Thanh đứng tên sở hữu toàn bộ.

Him Lam là một trong những doanh nghiệp bất động sản lớn nhất Việt Nam. Công ty có vốn điều lệ 6.500 tỷ đồng, trong đó, ông Dương Công Minh nắm giữ 99% cổ phần.

Dự án tiêu biểu của công ty là khu đô thị Him Lam - Tân Thắng ở quận 7, thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

Him Lam là cổ đông chính của Ngân hàng Bưu điện Liên Việt; đồng thời là cổ đông lớn của nhiều doanh nghiệp khác như Nova Land; Lienviet Holdings…

GreenFeed là một trong những doanh nghiệp sản xuất thức ăn chăn nuôi lớn nhất Việt Nam. Bên cạnh lĩnh vực thức ăn chăn nuôi, GreenFeed đang theo đuổi hoàn thiện lĩnh vực chuỗi thực phẩm sạch theo mô hình Feed-Farm-Food.

Theo định giá của quỹ DWS Vietnam Fund, giá trị thị trường của GreenFeed tính đến cuối năm 2012 vào khoảng 94 triệu USD (~2.000 tỷ đồng).

Năm 2012, công ty đạt hơn 8.000 tỷ đồng doanh thu (tăng trưởng 65%) và lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 324 tỷ đồng.

Mặc dù thương hiệu The Vissai có phần ít nổi hơn so với các thương hiệu xi măng thuộc Vicem nhưng The Vissai đang nổi lên thành một cái tên đáng gờm trong làng xi măng.

Bằng việc mua lại hàng loạt dự án xi măng như Hòa Phát, Đồng Bành và Đô Lương, hiện The Vissai là doanh nghiệp tư nhân lớn nhất trong ngành xi măng; sản lượng xi măng và clinker sản xuất trong năm 2012 đạt 4,8 triệu tấn, doanh thu 3.300 tỷ đồng.

Theo website của Vissai, tổng công suất các nhà máy hiện có và đang xây dựng của tập đoàn này lên đến hơn hơn 10 triệu tấn/năm.


CTCP Xuất nhập khẩu Tổng hợp Hà Nội - Geleximco
