1. Cung cấp chính xác các thông tin liên quan trong hợp đồng.
2. Sử dụng các dịch vụ du lịch theo đúng mục đích và điều khoản đã cam kết.
3. Thông báo ngay những thay đổi và hợp tác với bên B giải quyết những vấn đề phát sinh trước, trong và sau khi thực hiện hợp đồng.
4. Bồi thường 50% tổng giá trị hợp đồng nếu huỷ bỏ hợp đồng ngay sau khi ký kết.
