Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký và chỉ được thanh lý khi các bên hoàn tất mọi nghĩa vụ cam kết với bên kia, hợp đồng này là văn bản quy định bắt buộc đối với các bên:
Các bên không được tự ý dừng, tạm dừng hoặc đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng này với bất kỳ lí do gì dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào. Mọi trường hợp vi phạm khoản này đều bị coi là vi phạm nghiêm trọng hợp đồng và sẽ áp dụng giải quyết vi phạm theo quy định tương ứng đối với bên vi phạm tại điều 7 và điều 9 của hợp đồng này. Hợp đồng này chỉ có thể bị chấm dứt trước thời hạn bởi một trong những trường hợp sau:
