Điều 21: Trọng tài
Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng này, nếu bất cứ tranh chấp nào của cả 2 bên mà không giải quyết được bằng phương pháp thương lượng và nếu bên bị can là bên B thì tranh chấp này sẽ do Hội đồng Trọng tài ngoại thương Việt Nam trực thuộc Phòng Thương Mại Việt Nam giải quyết và ngược lại.
Quyết định của Hội đồng Trọng tài ngoại thương Việt Nam trong trường hợp bị can là bên B sẽ được coi là chung quyết đối với cả 2 bên và ngược lại.
Phí trọng tài và các phí khác có liên quan sẽ do bên thưa kiện chịu nếu không có thỏa thuận gì khác.

Article 21: the referee
during the implementation of this agreement, if any dispute by both sides that do not resolve by negotiation and if the accused is on B, then the dispute will by the Arbitration Council for foreign trade of Vietnam under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and vice versa.
The decision of the Arbitration Board for foreign trade of Vietnam in case the accused is party B will be considered jointly determined for both sides and vice versa.
