Về cơ sở và mức phân bổ tỷ lệ đóng góp, hiệp hội đã dựa trên nguyên tắc sự cần thiết của chính sách đối với sự phát triển kinh doanh của ngành và doanh nghiệp, việc huy động đóng góp theo mức độ hoạt động từng doanh nghiệp về quy mô sản xuất doanh thu, thị trường và có sự thỏa thuận đồng thời thực hiện Nghị quyết của Ban chấp hành Hiệp hội tại kỳ họp thứ hai ngày 22 tháng 3 năm 2016.
