In the collaboration between TRUSTshop and franchise partners, TRUSTshop will retain intellectual property rights with respect to the service, including any copyright whatsoever related to the content that has been posted by TRUSTshop, and the partners will have no rights, license or any other intellectual property in addition to the essential service for the use of the service as specified in the articles of terms of use.
