Quy định tại Điều 9.1 nêu trên không áp dụng đối với trường hợp Các Bên tiết lộ cho nhân viên của mình trong phạm vi cần biết để thực hiện Thỏa Thuận này hoặc tiết lộ cho các tư vấn chuyên nghiệp của mỗi Bên là những người phải cam kết tuân thủ điều khoản bảo mật này.
