2. Giám đốc phải có các tiêu chuẩn và điều kiện sau đây:
a) Có năng lực hành vi dân sự đầy đủ và không thuộc đối tượng quy định tại khoản 2 Điều 18 của Luật doanh nghiệp 2014;
