Giai đoạn mới thành lập Công ty TNHH TMDV XNK Minh Hòa với vốn điều lệ 3.000.000.000 đồng được thành lập ngày 20/06/2011, tính tới thời điểm hiện nay vốn điều lệ của công ty đã tăng lên 10.000.000.000 đồng so với ban đầu thành lập, các sản phẩm của công ty trước khi bán ra thị trường trong nước và nước ngoài được đăng ký chất lượng hàng hóa và công ty không ngừng nâng cao chất lượng hàng hóa, mẫu mã để đáp ứng nhu cầu thị trường. Hiện nay công ty đã kết hợp với một số doanh nghiệp nước ngoài khác như Hàn Quốc, Ba Lan,..nhằm mở rộng quy mô hoạt động của mình. Dự tính trong tương lai gần sẽ trang bị thêm máy móc thiết bị hiện đại nhắm đem lại hiệu quả hơn nữa trong hoạt động kinh doanh của mình .
