Đây là giai đoạn của luận án mà tôi ít thích nhất. Bởi vì, tôi đã phải làm việc lịch trình của người khác và không thể tiếp tục quá trình nếu thiếu sự tham gia của họ. Tôi biết rằng việc ngại giao tiếp và thiếu kiên nhẫn là điểm yếu trong phương pháp học của tôi. Tôi là người khá dè dặt trong giao tiếp với người khác và việc thực hiện những cuộc phỏng vấn với người khác là không dễ dàng với tôi. Tuy nhiên, kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan đến việc tiếp nhận các cuộc điện thoại để trao đổi thông tin và giải quyết các vấn đề đã hỗ trợ rất nhiều. Tuy nhiên, tôi cũng khá miễn cưỡng khi nhờ người khác giúp đỡ, mặc dù tôi rất sẵn lòng giúp đỡ người khác khi họ cần. Tôi luôn tự đặt mình vào hoản cảnh của họ và hiểu những điều họ có thể cảm thấy về việc phải bỏ thời gian và tham gia một cuộc phỏng vấn. This is the stage of the thesis that I at least like best. Because I had to work to the schedule of the other person and cannot continue the process without their participation. I know that the obstacles in communication and impatience is the weakness in my learning. I'm quite dè places in communicating with others and making the interviews with other people is not easy to me.
