để trở thành một giáo viên tốt cần rất nhiều yếu tố như : chân thành, trách nhiệm, trình độ vv..Yếu tố quan trọng nhất là tình yêu dành cho trẻ em. trẻ em như trang giấy trắng , chúng ta cần hướng dẫn tất cả mọi thứ .nếu chúng ta không có tình yêu dành cho trẻ thì sẽ không duy trì được lâu dài.
bên cạnh đó , chúng ta cần phải mềm dẻo với trẻ.nếu chúng ta nói chuyện lớn tiếng và la mắng trẻ thì chúng sẽ không hiểu được và làm theo. như vậy học sinh sẽ không thể tiếp thu bài học một cách tốt nhất. yếu tố thứ ba là sư kiên nhẫn,trẻ em cần sự hướng dẫn lập đi lập lại nhiều lần để trở thành thói quen,vì thế chúng ta cần có sự kiên nhẫn để giúp trẻ nhớ và làm lại nhiều lần khi trẻ không nhớ. Hơn thế nữa, chúng ta cần quan tâm đến nhu cầu của học sinh . chúng ta phải hiểu được những mong muốn của chúng để có thể tìm ra phương pháp dạu học phù hợp với trẻ. không nên ép buôc trẻ vào một khuôn khổ khiến trẻ không phát huy được tính sáng tạo của bản thân. Điều cuối cùng là sự hài hước , nó làm cho trẻ em có cảm giác thoải mái khi học và trẻ luôn vui vẻ sẽ khiến cho trẻ nhớ bài học được lâu và tốt hơn.
