Lưu ý các trường hợp không được hoàn thuế từ tháng 7/2016
Ngày 30/9/2016, Bộ Tài chính đã ban hành công văn số 13804/BTC-TCT về việc quản lý hoàn thuế GTGT các tháng cuối năm 2016.
Theo đó, công văn yêu cầu Cục thuế các tỉnh kịp thời phổ biến đến từng doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn về những quy định mới và quan trọng trong hoàn thuế GTGT tại 05 văn bản gồm: Luật số 106/2016/QH13, Nghị định số 100/2016/NĐ-CP, Thông tư số 130/2016/TT-BTC, Thông tư số 204/2015/TT-BTC và Thông tư số 99/2016/TT-BTC.
Trong đó, đáng lưu ý là quy định KHÔNG cho hoàn thuế GTGT đối với các trường hợp sau đây kể từ ngày 1/7/2016:
