Phát hiện những tồn tại, sai sót trong công tác đấu thầu và đề xuất biện pháp khắc phục. Trường hợp phát hiện tổ chức, cá nhân có hành vi vi phạm pháp luật về đấu thầu, trong Báo cáo kiểm tra cần đưa ra kiến nghị theo quy định của pháp luật về xử lý vi phạm (nếu có) đến người quyết định đầu tư.
