Tư vấn sẽ thực hiện Dịch vụ và thực hiện các nghĩa vụ của mình với tất cả sự cẩn trọng, hiệu quả và tiết kiệm, tuân theo các kỹ thuật và tập quán chuyên môn được chấp nhận rộng rãi, tuân theo những thông lệ quản trị tốt, và áp dụng công nghệ tiên tiến và các phương pháp an toàn thích hợp.
