Sau khi hoàn thành hoặc tới thời hạ

Sau khi hoàn thành hoặc tới thời hạn phải hoàn thành, đại diện lãnh đạo hoặc trưởng bộ phận liên quan tiến hành kiểm tra đánh giá tính hiệu lực của các hành động khắc phục hoặc hành động phòng ngừa đã được thực hiện.
Nếu kết quả không đạt được như đã đề ra, các cá nhân hoặc đơn vị có liên quan phải tiến hành:
- Tổ chức thực hiện lại nếu nguyên nhân do thực hiện chưa đúng phương án đề ra.
- Điều chỉnh lại phương án nếu nguyên nhân do phương án chưa hợp lý.
- Phân tích lại nguyên nhân sự không phù hợp nếu cần.
Nếu sau hai lần kiểm tra vẫn không đạt được kết quả mong muốn, đại diện lãnh đạo hoặc trưởng bộ phận có liên quan phải đề xuất mở một báo cáo sự không phù hợp mới tương ứng với sự không phù hợp tại thời điểm kiểm tra.
Nếu đã đạt được kết quả đề ra ban đầu, người kiểm tra ký xác nhận vào báo cáo sự không phù hợp có liên quan và đóng báo cáo. Báo cáo sự không phù hợp chỉ được đóng khi hiệu lực của hành động khắc phục / phòng ngừa được xác định là có hiệu quả và hoàn toàn loại bỏ được những nguyên nhân phát sinh hoặc nguyên nhân tiềm ẩn của sự không phù hợp.
Kết quả kiểm tra được cập nhật vào sổ theo dõi hành động khắc phục, phòng ngừa của đơn vị theo biểu mẫu số BM/ISO-04-02

Results (English) 2:
