Bên A cung cấp cho bên B các tư liệu thông tin khuyếch trương thương mại.
Bên A hướng dẫn cho bên B những kĩ thuật cơ bản để có thể thực hiện việc bảo quản đúng cách.
Mọi hoạt động quảng cáo do bên B tự thực hiện, nếu có sử dụng đến logo hay nhãn hiệu hàng hóa của bên A phải được sự đồng ý của bên A
