Số tiền ký quỹ trên, Bên A sẽ hoàn trả lại cho Bên B ngay sau khi kết thúc hợp đồng và hai bên không tiếp tục gia hạn hợp đồng, đồng thời Bên B đã hoàn thành các nghĩa vụ thanh toán cho bên A theo quy định của hợp đồng này.
