Thermal radiation is electromagnetic radiation generated by the thermal motion of electric charge particles in the material. All the material with larger temperature absolute zero emits thermal radiation. When the temperature of absolute zero, the greater the collision between active atoms alter the kinetic energy of the atoms or molecules. This leads to increased speed of charge and/or cause oscillation, from which produce electromagnetic radiation and radiation's spectral width corresponds to the width of the spectrum of energy and acceleration at a given temperature.
