Doanh thu kinh doanh bất động sản được xác định theo giá trị hợp lý của các khoản tiền đã thu hoặc sẽ thu được theo nguyên tắc dồn tích, ghi nhận khi chuyển giao hàng hoá cho khách hàng, phát hành hoá đơn và được khách hàng chấp nhận thanh toán, phù hợp với 5 điều kiện ghi nhận doanh thu quy định tại Chuẩn mực số 14 – " Doanh thu và thu nhập khác".

Revenue from real estate business is determined by the fair value of amounts received or obtained under the accrual principle, recognized when delivery of goods to customers, issuing invoices and customers accepted for payment in accordance with 5 revenue recognition criteria specified in Standard No. 14 - "Revenues and other income".
