Tôi có yêu cầu họ về việc làm 1 bản hợp đồng lao động mới vào tối hôm qua
Tôi vừa gặp họ vào chiều hôm nay và họ đã nói họ không thể làm được , họ phải bắt đầu lại tất cả và sẽ mất rất nhiều thời gian và mất rất nhiều tiền để hoàn thành lại tất cả các tài liệu
Hợp đồng lao động chỉ có giá trị trong 1 năm và đã hết hiệu lực vào ngày 10/2/2015 ..Bây giờ là tháng 9 năm 2015
Cho nên tôi yêu cầu họ viết đơn xác nhận tôi đã và đang làm việc tại công ty đến bây giờ...và họ đề nghị tôi phải trả cho họ 1 số tiền để lấy con dấu của công ty ...
Có thể ngày mai tôi sẽ có được nó và sau đó tôi phải đem đi dịch công chứng
Nếu ngày mai mọi thứ hoàn thành trước 3 giờ tôi sẽ đến toà lãnh sự xin bổ sung và phỏng vấn..
Mọi việc không dễ như chúng ta nghĩ vì tất cả các giấy tờ về bản hợp đồng lao động đều liên quan đến luật pháp

if tomorrow everything completed before 3 am I going to ask additional consular and interview ..
Things are not as easy as we think because of all the papers on labor contracts are related to law
