Organizational structure of the University of London is composed of two sub-units: the function and service structures. The University of London consists of many departments with specific functions such as relationship marketing and outside, HR, ICT, financing, etc. Each department assumes a special work and charge for their management. By applying this type of organizational structure the communication problems in the University have been resolved. Furthermore, this structure helps organizations in the decision through through the activities of the Department as well as appreciate input from employees is taken into consideration.
