Trước mỗi chuyến công tác, lái xe làm thủ tục đề nghị cho tạm ứng một khoản kinh phí cần thiết (tiền xăng, lệ phí cầu đường…) để phục vụ cho chuyến đi.
Vào tuần đầu tiên mỗi tháng, trên cơ sở lệnh điều động xe, lịch trình điều động xe và các hóa đơn, chứng từ, biên lai kèm theo, lái xe có trách nhiệm liên hệ với phòng Tài chính Kế toán để làm thủ tục quyết toán các khoản chi phí sử dụng xe của tháng trước đó.
