Đánh giá được khó khăn của ngành y tế, Thủ tướng Chính phủ Việt Nam đã có định hướng chính sách bằng Quyết định số 1899/QĐ-TTg ngày 16/10/2013, phê duyệt Đề án Bảo đảm tài chính cho các hoạt động phòng, chống HIV/AIDS giai đoạn 2013- 2020 với nhiều giải pháp quan trọng, trong đó có việc chuyển dần nhiệm vụ điều trị HIV/AIDS từ các chương trình, dự án sang nhiệm vụ của Quỹ BHYT.

Results (English) 1:

Reviews are the difficulty of the health sector, the Prime Minister has directed the policy of Vietnam by decision No. 1899/QD-TTg dated 16/10/2013, the approval of the project financing for activities, HIV/AIDS, 2013-2020 with many important solutions, including the gradual transfer of tasks from the HIV/AIDS treatment program the project, to the Mission of the HEALTH INSURANCE Fund.

Results (English) 2:

Review of health problems, the Prime Minister of Vietnam has driven policy by Decision No. 1899 / QD-TTg dated 10/16/2013, approving the Scheme Guaranteed financing activities HIV / AIDS for the period 2013- 2020 with many important measures, including the shift duty treatment for HIV / AIDS programs and projects to the mission of the health insurance fund.
