Trong quá trình thực tập tôi học đư

Trong quá trình thực tập tôi học được học nhiều thứ liên quan đến kinh doanh và marketing. Việc quan trọng nhất là Tôi trình bày topic của tôi để có hể được hướng dẫn chính xác các công việc phải làm hằng ngày nhằm đáp ứng hiệu quả công việc và hoàn thành báo cáo.

Đầu tiên tôi được học thực trạng kinh doanh của công ty, từ lịch sử, sản phẩm, quy trình làm việc, đến việc bán sản phẩm của công ty... Tôi nghiên cứu quá trình hình thành và phát triển của công ty để đưa ra nhận xét và ý kiến riêng của bản thân. Sau đó tôi nhận số liệu về hoạt động công ty trong giai đoạn 3 năm qua 2012, 2013, 2014 tại phòng kinh doanh để phân tích và báo cáo trong bài. Đây là lần đầu tôi được tiếp cận môi trường kinh doanh thực tế như là giao dịch, thực hiện quy trình giao hàng, chạy các chương trình marketing của công ty.
Để làm việc này, tôi đã áp dụng những kiến thức và kỹ năng đã được học tại trường như: sale management, selling, customer services, và marketing.
Cụ thể hơn, tôi đã nghiên cứu kỹ hơn các khái niệm về marketing để thấu hiểu toàn bộ hoạt động marketing liên quan của công ty. Lúc đầu có nhiểu bối rối nhưng dần dần cũng quen và điều này làm tôi rất thích thú. Vì từ xưa đến nay chưa bao giờ thấy chi tiết những linh kiện điện tử: bo mạch, bình ắc quy, cách in thùng cartoon... Kết quả công việc này thì tối đã có nhưng ghi chú cho phần bổ sung trong bài báo cáo về phần sản phẩm.
Tôi được hướng dẫn seo web (Search Engine Optimization) bằng phương pháp thủ công, miễn phí nhưng vẫn đảm bảo top Google Search. Cụ thể hơn, hàng ngày em đang ký tài khoản tài các forum hoặc website và đăng bài giới thiệu sản phẩm của công ty cũng như các chính sách kích cầu. Thêm một hoạt động thực tiễn nữa là đi thị trường thực tế.
